Sarah O'Flaherty is a globally experienced senior leader who established JUMP after many years of working within the advertising industry. Sarah has a track record of growing businesses, significantly improving relationships, developing strong organizational cultures, and problem resolution.

JUMP's focus is working with and developing individuals and teams, creating conflict free environments and building inspiring workplaces.

Our key areas of focus are career coaching, leadership and team coaching, change and relationship management, business start up, marketing and advertising strategy, and lead generation. Sarah is also a LEADR Association of Dispute Resolvers accredited mediator, and can assist with dispute resolution - finding solutions to meet the needs and interests of disagreeing parties.

With experience working in Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, she is now based in Auckland where she runs her business working with clients from all around the world.
